The Animal Care Keeper is responsible for all aspects of the daily care and husbandry of the animal collection in the Animal Care Department, including preparing diets, cleaning, training, record keeping, exhibit upkeep, and enrichment.  The Animal Care Keeper will work alongside the Animal Care Specialist and Animal Care Manager to ensure the highest quality of care and presentation for the animal collection, and to provide exceptional customer service to visiting guests.  This position will require availability on at least one weekend day. This position may require availability on holidays or for evening shifts. 

Key member of the Development team supporting the mission and fundraising goals of the Living Coast Discovery Center through the execution of essential functions within the department.

Perform custodial duties related to the cleaning and upkeep of Living Coast Discovery Center’s facilities and grounds.

The Shuttle Driver’s primary duties are to transport Living Coast Discovery Center (LCDC) guests to and from the outer parking lot(s), the LCDC site, and to other LCDC-related programs and events.

This part-time position will work weekdays and weekends, with availability on holidays and occasional evenings as needed.
